Note about jenkins

Note to Create a new Jenkins instance

1. Click Create -> select construct a multi-cofig project and specify a name

2. all is default and then modify the section SQLFolder in configChinaDevAgencyBuildTool.exe.config

3. copy the file in the remote server, just to check.
