    主要变化还是依据于迁移率mun参数的改变,根据文献,开态饱和电流公式:

    直接更改的参数只有迁移率与栅电容,但是迁移率有限制,即IGZO迁移率仍存在限制。下一步考虑更改氧化层参数。
