zabbix添加mysql自定义监控项

脚本内容：可从https://github.com/flashyhl/Zabbix-Monitor/blob/master/zabbix_mysql/script/getmysqlinfo.sh下载并修改

修改变量定义和删除-u$User -p$Password，不在命令中使用帐户密码，因为我们前面已经在my.cnf文件中配置了帐户密码
