  • OPNET学习笔记之application demands

        当仿真研究关注的不是某些产生流量的应用程序时,采用application demands可以更简单的实现网络中的流量,它依据速率和规模产生在节点之间的流量。配置application demands比配置application traffic models更简单,因为所有的配置都集中在application demands自己,不需要配置节点;而application traffic models则需要配置application和节点。

        application demands把流量看成是在节点之间一系列的请求/相应过程。它的缺点是与application traffic models相比,不支持某些属性,如表所示:

        当配置application demands时可以逐条手工配置,对特别的,如full mesh,或所有节点都与某个节点需要配置,可以在protocols->Applications > Deploy DES Application Demands中配置。
