1、修改默认添加用户权限为User，而非Powers User：
在/portal-master/portal-impl/src/portal.properties文件中有如下配置：
# # Input a list of default role names separated by characters that are # associated with newly created users. # admin.default.role.names=Power User User
修改为：
# # Input a list of default role names separated by characters that are # associated with newly created users. # admin.default.role.names=User
2、修改默认拥有个人站点的用户权限为Powers User，而非User：
在/portal-master/portal-impl/src/portal.properties文件中有如下配置：

# Set this to true if users must have the Power User role to have private
# pages.
#
layout.user.private.layouts.power.user.required=false
……
#
# Set this to true if users must have the Power User role to have public
# pages.
#
layout.user.public.layouts.power.user.required=false
修改为：
