异常信息：
the the service mysql57 failed the most recent status change request with the message
the service mysql57 was not found in the Windows services
if problem persists please restart mysql notifier
1.首先，任务栏右边mysql图标右键action->manage monitored items打开
2.打开services页面，然后删掉service，打开instances页面，删掉instance，最后在services页面按add重新加回去原来的sevice
