重新，安装了一个 oralce 数据库，
重新指定： oci.dll
问题2：
这个，重新 把 plsql 的 数据库
10.128.6.97:1521/SBHX_TEST_PDB
改为：
把 去掉，就可以连接上了，也不需要 再 配置 tnanames.ora
