今天因为早晨删注册表文件，VS 2019不能用了，重装了一遍但时间有点长，就下了个 Rider ,但是Debug的时候报了下面的错
An error occurred while reading configuration information.
Make sure that the configuration file xxxxxxxxx.ideaconfigapplicationhost.config exists,
it is accessible, and contains valid configuration information.
然后解决办法是
右击项目 -> 属性 -> 'Web' 然后改成IIS Express
