目录文件函数

创建目录函数:
　ForceDirectories　:可创建多级目录
　CreateDir　　　　 :只能创建一级目录　不能使用..log形式

检查目录是否存在:
DirectoryExists

删除文件:
DeleteFile

删除文件夹:
RmDir('.log ');
