VS2010 problems

1- could not find xml file where at C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30128\Config\machine.config

solution: copy and rename v4.0.30319 as v4.0.30128（old and wrong）

solution2: because vs2010 is RC version, so it has V4.0.30128, you can uninstall .net framework 4

                and reinstall, but it may occur again, so download VS2010 release version like

2- close VS2010 completely before shut down PC

problem: restart VS2010, could not open with error messge "the operation could not be completed"

solution: reinstall (haha)
