使用POST方法的时候，必须在jsp里指定Action，例如：
action="/项目名称/Register"
在控制器里同样要指定@RequestMapping，否则将找不到jsp文件，例如：
@RequestMapping(value = "/Register" ,method = RequestMethod.POST)
