  很明显,还没有启动成功就报错了.报错原因,很明显,说jar包的位置不对.网上关于这类的资料也不对,根本原因就是pom.xml文件中版本依赖有问题,比如你的项目依赖的是2.1.0版本的工程,你其他的子依赖,必须也是2.1.0。我报错的原因就是spring-boot-admin-starter-server的version版本是2.1.0没有和parent中的version对应。最后改成2.0.0就可以启动成功！

            <artifactId>spring-boot-starter-parent</artifactId>
            <version>2.1.0.RELEASE</version>

        </parent>

     完事,SpringbootAdmin监控中心启动成功
