可能原因：
1、有用户占用表，清理锁表，或者直接重启oracle shutdown immediate ，startup
2、导出的dump文件没有权限，配置权限。chown 775 *.dmp
3、并行导入的原因，将并行设置为1 .PARALLEL=1
