It's failing since the XML handler, libexpat, isn't installed. When I built Sphinx on my
own production Ubuntu server, which uses xmlpipe2, I seem to recall doing the following:
As root:
apt-get install libexpat libexpat-dev
Then reconfigure and recompile Sphinx.
4、make clean
You can now run 'make' to build Sphinx binaries,
and then run 'make install' to install them.

解决办法：打开configure文件，找到“#define USE_LIBICONV 1”，将注释去掉，并将1改成0。
