• spring中的application文件配置，本次搭建中简单命名为a.xml

在搭建环境的过程中主要出现的问题就是在application文件中的文件编码不一致导致出现：前言中不允许出现内容的异常；以及在读取配置文件的时候文件找不到，文件不存在的问题。
