1389. 按既定顺序创建目标数组

1            1        [0,1]
2            2        [0,1,2]
3            2        [0,1,3,2]
4            1        [0,4,1,3,2]
示例 2：

输入：nums = [1,2,3,4,0], index = [0,1,2,3,0]
输出：[0,1,2,3,4]
解释：
nums       index     target
1            0        [1]
2            1        [1,2]
3            2        [1,2,3]
4            3        [1,2,3,4]
0            0        [0,1,2,3,4]
示例 3：

输入：nums = [1], index = [0]
输出：[1]
