[SVG] Simple introduce for SVG

Just like create html page, you can create a svg tag by:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<svg version="1.1" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" height="340" width="340" style="background-color:#F6F7F7;">

</svg>

Inside svg,

• x,y:  control the position of element
• fill: control the color of element
• height, you know

Simple example by rect tag:
