5. Learn how to do one thing in English
Research it an learn about it in English only, watch only English videos or online course and book only English instructions.
For example, small things, how to poach an egg. Bigger things, how to draw.
6. Keep track so you're doing everyday
Write down every down everyday what you do in English
Just having a place to write it down can motivate you to do it
7. Recap your day in English
When you lay down for bed, but before you fall asleep.
