Web Data Administrator requires:
- Microsoft SQL Server 7 SP2 or later
- Microsoft .NET SDK or Microsoft Visual Studio .NET
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later
- Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) -- optional, a portable web server* is also distributed with the project
