idea添加marven支持

搭建SSH框架时候用到的，因为idea的junit插件不知为什么用不了，决定自己添加junit所需包。

1.项目右键，add framework support。

jar包配置搜索
地址：http://mvnrepository.com/

2.project structure 把junit包scope改为complie

这时org.junit.test等包就可以用了。
