一、总结

It is much better to 【practise】 for the sake of study rather than 【do the opposite】.
【学以致用】：You can 【put into practice】 what you've learned in your lessons：你可以学以致用。
1、【系统】：【系统的学习】非常非常重要，所以看书是非常非常【必要】且【高效】的？
【Structured learning】 is important，so 【reading】 is very 【necessary】 and 【efficient】.
【系统的学习】：He says, dance classes provide the children with 【structured learning】 and self-expression that they've never had before：他说，舞蹈课堂给孩子们提供了从未有过的系统学习和自我表达的机会。
【efficient】：Your problem lies in lacking 【efficient methods】：你的问题在于缺少有效的方法。
2、你之前【很多不懂的问题】，【系统的看书】之后【效果很好】，因为书上【介绍】的【很详细】？
【There are a lot of questions】 that you didn’t understand before, and you 【understand this well】 after 【reading the book systematic】, because the book 【introduces it】 【in detail】
【系统的看书】：Systematic reading：The athlete's success was attributed to 【systematic training】.
【效果很好】：And it seems to 【work really well】：看起来效果很好。
3、【亡羊补牢】：人的确是【都会犯错】，及时【亡羊补牢】最最重要，比如网络游戏？

【亡羊补牢】：So 【it's never too late】 to make important changes：因此亡羊补牢永远不晚。
【都会犯错】：【People make mistakes】. These things happen：人都会犯错，这是难免的。
4、【看重】利益的人，用利益【对待】他，看重感情的人，用感情对待他？
People who 【value】 【interests】 【treat him with】 interests, and those who value 【emotions】 treat him with emotions
【重视】：I 【highly value】 self-motivation, initiative and creativity：我特别重视下属的自我激励能力，主动性和创造性。
【利益】：He only cares about his 【own interests】：他只关心自己的利益。
5、娱乐可以用音乐和【好玩的】运动【代替】游戏？
Entertainment can be replace by music and interesting sports
Entertainment can 【replace games with】 music and 【fun sports】
6、【重点】别【圈】太多，圈太多重点就不是重点了，效果【反而不好】？
【重点】：【emphasis】：Morality was 【the emphasis】 of his speech：道德是他讲话的重点。
Don't 【circle】 too many 【key points】, too many key points means no key point, 【the effect】 will not be good if you circle too many key points.
【效果反而不好】：Overacting will 【only spoil the effect】：表演过火，效果反而不好。
