In conf/extra/httpd-vhosts.conf, add the line AllowOverride All for the website that you have having problem with

    </Directory>
</VirtualHost>

解决：

$ /opt/lampp/bin/mysql -u root -p
mysql>  SET GLOBAL event_scheduler = ON;
