magic_quotes_gpc的设定值将会影响通过Get/Post/Cookies获得的数据
magic_quotes_runtime的设定值将会影响从文件中读取的数据或从数据库查询得到的数据
两者的影响都是做转义 同addslashes()函数功能
可以用get_magic_quotes_gpc（）、get_magic_quotes_runtime（）获得php.ini中设置
set_magic_quotes_runtime在5.3中废弃，在5.2中可用
这两个设置在5.4的php.ini中移除，需自行编写转义函数
