解释
将 Microsoft Outlook 设置为默认邮件客户端。
- 打开 Internet Explorer
- 转至“工具”|“Internet 选项”|“程序”选项卡
- 单击“电子邮件”旁边的下拉框，选择 Microsoft Outlook（图 2）
如果您使用的是版本 12.0 或 12.5，Remote Agent for Windows Server 在启动时挂起，但事件查看器中没有事件 ID 为 7022 的事件日志，则要验证是否为同一问题，请运行以下命令：
在介质服务器上：
x:\>"x:\program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\beremote.exe" -console
在远程服务器上：
x:\>"x:\program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\RAWS\beremote.exe" -console
