Its Mother’s Day today, while I was calling my mother, she was washing my baby’s clothing. I said, mom, do you know today is Mother’s Day? She said yes, I know, today Ruth bought a coat for me as gift.
I feel miss her suddenly, miss home, miss my wife, miss my baby, if it’s possible I’d like to back China right now, but It’s impossible. I do not know why today there are so many memories shows up in my mind; all of these memories are about my family, the days I grow up, the happiness and suffering I never forget.
I’m the youngest kid in my family, my parent and older sister loved me very much. Although grown up in a poor family, I have a happy childhood. My older sister did all of housework, what I did was catching fish in river, watching TV and study.
I still remember in winter, it was getting dark very early. We usually left school at 5:50 Pm; my mom always waited for me on the way, since she knew I was afraid. Every time while I saw mom waiting for me hundreds meters away, I knew I was never scared anymore.
While I gonna graduated from university, mom spent almost all of her money to contact job for me, she really do to hope me back hometown to work as a teacher, cause in her mind, hometown is near home, more relative here and more take care, but I did not agree. At last I stay in Chengdu work as an IT Engineer. At beginning she is very angry, said son, from now on, you would not come back, and I would never went to Chengdu anymore. But next year while Ruth and I fall in love, she came to Chengdu to meet her daughter-in-law.
In 2008, Ruth and I got married in my hometown, mom very happy to manage that wedding. She chat with others said my son is graduated from university, and so do my daughter-in-law, my daughter-in-law in really good looks. Every time when we heard we just smile, I knew she just proud of us.
My baby’s coming is a big event in my family. To take care of my baby, she moved to Chengdu living with us. She tried her best to take care my baby, and that is what he did.
Sometimes I feel happiness, since my mother love my wife, and my wife love my mother also, the whole family love each other, help each other, that is the biggest happiness in the world.
