启动tomcat时出现Error starting static Resources java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Document base D:Program Filesapache-tomcat-xxxwebappsxxx does not exist or is not a readable directory

原因：在eclipse中把tomcat中项目关闭了，再打开就可以了
