依次执行下列：

1、安装wheel

pip install wheel

2、安装lxml

3、安装pyopenssl

4、twisted

pip install Twisted-x.x.x-cp36-cp36m-win32.whl

5、pywin32

对应版本

6、scrapy

pip install scrapy
