整合框架引入的jar没有发布到tomcat上，严重: Error configuring application listener of class org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener

　　是在spring和struts整合的时候发生的，相关jar包没有部署到tomcat上。

　　解决方法：右键项目  propertis  -->myeclipse  -->  选择Deployment Assembly 再点击右边的Add按钮  将需要的library选中，然后重新发布一下就好了。
