SpringCloud搭建（一） 聚合父工程搭建

环境说明：JDK1.8、springboot 2.2.2、springCloud H 、maven3.5.2

步骤为：New Project   聚合总父工程名字  选择Maven版本   创建

dependencyManagement  的作用是只定义jar版本，不引入jar
