C盘存在大量cbs.log文件，磁盘挤爆

把C盘windows empcab_xxx_xxxx开头的文件都删除
简单的说这个问题是由超大的Component-Based Servicing日志文件引起的，路径在C:WindowsLogsCBS。
根源在于如果cbs.log超过一定的大小，会有一个清理进程对它进行改名，并把改名后的文件压缩成.cab文件，但是如果文件的大小在压缩之前就超过了2G，压缩时就会失败，失败之后就会在temp文件夹下产生一个cab_xxxx_x的临时文件.
