过年前买的诺基亚手机今天突然出了问题，具体症状为：短信发不出去，打13800138000出现无网络信号的提示。我想不可能被停机了，因为刚充了值。于是上网搜索此类问题的解决办法，找到一条相关的：
1 你把手机设置里的"网络设置"设置为 gsm 就行,然后搜索网络方式选择
手动,选择中国移动就行,别用自动
2 确定卡是否有问题,有时是sim卡的问题,特别是经常抽出来换手机用的最容易出问题,我以前有三个手机,就是经常把sim卡抽出来换手机用,没多久sim 卡的铜片上就有一道道划痕,三台诺基亚有两台在使用中经常都会显示"无法找到sim卡,sim卡注册失败!" sim卡损坏了,然后我去移动客服免费换了张卡就搞定了.记住,现在换卡是免费的.
3 最后,如果换了sim卡以后还出现同样的状况,就是手机的问题了,你可以到lg客服为你升级系统软件或是检测硬件是否存在问题,新手机在保修期内是免费处理的.
我尝试按照第一步解决，在“运营商选择”选项中选择手动，然后搜索出移动和联通，然后再选择移动。接着我检查问题是否解决，拨打13800138000果然通了，看来问题解决了！
