找到config文件夹下的index.js文件
找到代码 ： build: {
再找代码 ： assetsPublicPath: '/',
最后 ： 把 / 改成 ./
这样在npm run build 后就能正常的引入工作css和js了 但是有些作为背景图的图片没有显示出来（此问题由以后再解决）
