    假设这是一个url地址 http://localhost:8080/a/b/c?a=1&b=2#abc,里面包含的部分:

            decodeURIComponent() 对编码后的 URI 进行解码,
            encodeURIComponent() 函数可把字符串作为 URI 组件进行编码,
            encodeURI()不会对本身属于URI的特殊字符进行编码,例如冒号、正斜杠、问号和井字号;而encodeURIComponent()则会对它发现的任何非标准字符进行编码,
    
            location 对象包含有关当前 URL 的信息,
