环境: ros lunar
1. 安装rqt (desktop 版本的已经有了)
sudo apt-get install ros-lunar-rqt
2. 安装qwt
sudo apt-get install libqwt-dev
sudo apt-get install libqwt-qt5-dev
3. 源码编译 variant 与 multiplot 即可
