覆盖 web-view （uni-app）

在uni-app中覆盖web-view，需求是在上面加一个自己的样式，覆盖在web-view上面
注意： 微信开发者工具上是看不到效果的，请用真机查看

直接在web-view中写cover-view，然后给cover-view 设置一个 z-index："999999" 设置大点

web-view中不能写view标签了，不然无法实现覆盖，要么使用cover-view 和 cover-image
