    Suggested answer:

    A: Our company is planning a new employee orientation program. What can we do to make new employees feel comfortable, welcome and secure(安全,安心)?

    B: I think we should start with the basics. That is to say, we should make sure key coworkers know the employee is starting and encourage them to come to say "hello" before orientation begins.(鼓励他们在入职培训开始前来打招呼)

    A: Exactly. We can also assign a mentor to show the new person around, make introductions, and start training.

    B: I am sure they all need some buddy. This makes the newcomers know whom to turn to when they need help.

    A: I suppose giving a guided tour of the company, especially their assigned work space, is also very helpful.

    B: You are right. During the tour, we can also explain where rest rooms, refreshments, and break areas are located.

    A: And we should also help them to complete all the necessay personnel forms.

    B: I don't think overwhelming them with too much information is a good idea. To sum up, acquaintance with coworkers, showing around the office and completing necessary personnel forms are the three most important things.

    suppose giving a guided tour:想带他们参观  refreshments:食物和饮料
