BadTokenException: Unable to add window -- token null is not valid; is your activity running?比较好的解决方法

1. 具体崩溃信息：

   android.view.WindowManager$BadTokenException: Unable to add window -- token null is not valid; is your activity running? at android.view.ViewRootImpl.setView(ViewRootImpl.java:1165)

2. 崩溃原因是：

   调用了popupWindow.showAtLocation，比如popupWindow.showAtLocation(anchorView,Gravity.TOP,0,0)，

   而如果这个anchorView还没有添加到Activity，或者Activity刚好关闭了，比如刚好手机来电话了等等都会偶尔受影响，

   此时调用popupWindow.showAtLocation方法就会出现BadTokenException异常，因为anchorView的windowToken为空。

   说白了崩溃原因就是因为anchorView的windowToken为空。

   复现案例：在Activity的onCreate方法里调用popupWindow.showAtLocation就会出现。。。
