windows下：特殊字符要转义，如abc#要写成abc%23
CentOS下：用双引号括起来
方法一：
Windows下：git clone http://user:abc%23@git.com/app/app.git
CentOS下 ：git clone "http://user:abc#@git.com/app/app.git"
方法二：修改.git/config文件。
Windows下：url = http://user:abc%23@git.com/app/app.git
CentOS下 ：url = "http://user:abc#@git.com/app/app.git"
