我日，公司的代理真的坑，今天遇到这个问题，新的环境idea创建springboot时遇到这个错误，
首先排除maven继承路径不一致的问题，这个配置环境的时候必须是基本操作，这种环境都不去
先配好，写个锤子
手动导入依赖吧

import change不就得了
