PHP获取中文字符拼音首字母

在项目中遇到需要把游戏进行字母排序，于是百度到一个格式化的首字母的方法。

上面的过滤只能过滤到一部分，由于使用中文作为key的时候可能会有各种问题，于是我进行了再排序过滤。

也有一种办法是先把26个字母跟其他先组合好一个数组，再遍历插入数组里面，这样做的不好的地方我觉得是如果某个字母下面的游戏为空时，该字母下面空荡荡的不好看，当然还是要看实际需求，如果你觉得可以解决你的问题，也可以那样做。
