1.用VC命令行在boost目录下执行bootstrap.bat会在boost目录下生成bjam.exe
2.编译boost
编译32位static lib：
bjam stage --toolset=msvc-12.0 --stagedir="D: hird_partyoost_1_58_0outputstaticlibx86vc12" link=static runtime-link=static threading=multi debug release
编译64位static lib：
bjam stage --toolset=msvc-12.0 --stagedir="D: hird_partyoost_1_58_0outputstaticlibx64vc12" address-model=64 link=static runtime- link=static threading=multi debug release
