GetVersionEx 正确获取windows10版本

vs2008直接将下面xml保存成文件添加到资源文件

vc的话insert-->Resource-->Custom-->输入24,ok-->id改为1-->把下面内容保存到资源文件-->将资源文件.rc添加到工程

也可以打开.rc文件直接编辑，添加一行  1            24      DISCARDABLE     "xxx.xml" 到里面，位置在#ifdef APSTUDIO_INVOKED 之上， xxx.xml保存着下面的内容
