spring cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'beans'解决办法

今天在写spring aop示例的时候，在spring.xml文件中添加spring aop的schema后出现红叉，spring配置文件如下：

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>  
    <beans xmlns="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans"   
    xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:context="http://www.springframework.org/schema/context"   
    xmlns:aop="http://www.springframework.org/schema/aop"  
    xsi:schemaLocation="  
    http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans   
    http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-3.0.xsd   
    http://www.springframework.org/schema/context   
    http://www.springframework.org/schema/context/spring-context-3.0.xsd  
    http://www.springframework.org/schema/aop   
    http://www.springframework.org/schema/aop/spring-aop-3.0.xsd  
    ">  
      
    </beans>  

提示说：cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'beans'，

从网上搜了一些，有的说是因为网络原因访问不到xsd文件，因为访问不到网络上的xsd文件，我们可以访问本地的啊，在引入的spring的包中 spring-beans-3.2.2.RELEASE.jar中有spring-beans-3.0.xsd文件，其他的xsd文件也都能在相应的包中 找到，这样就好说了，把xsd文件的引用全部改为本地文件：

    <beans xmlns="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans"   
    xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"   
    xmlns:context="http://www.springframework.org/schema/context"

    xsi:schemaLocation="  
    http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans   
    classpath:/org/springframework/beans/factory/xml/spring-beans-3.0.xsd

    classpath:/org/springframework/context/config/spring-context-3.0.xsd  
    http://www.springframework.org/schema/aop   
    classpath:/org/springframework/aop/config/spring-aop-3.0.xsd  
    ">  
          
    </beans>  

OK错误解决
