大多数百度到的贴吧都是正确的。
但是绝大多数博客 都不写一些这个环境变量，
export ZK_HOME=/home/app/setup/zookeeper-3.4.14/export PATH=$PATH:$ZK_HOME/bin
加上试试。
在zookeeper.out中发现这些不要慌，

把另外俩台服务也启动了就ok。这是只是启动了leader，没有启动follower
