magento paypal Express Checkout（快速结账） 页面不跳转到Paypal的解放方法
我使用的magento 1.9.0.1 版本的，Paypal 快速结账都已经设置完毕，但是点击Paypal 支付的时候不跳转。在网上找了好久，有的朋友说是，php 的 curl 没有打开，但我的是打开的没有跳转。
我打开了magento 的日志功能，然后把在点击Paypal支付的时候出现了异常，异常日志如下：
exception 'Exception' with message 'PayPal NVP CURL connection error #6: Could not resolve host: api-3t.paypal.com' in D:wwwappcodecoreMagePaypalModelApiNvp.php:983
解决办法：
后台
System->Configuration->Payment Methods->PayPal Express Checkout->Configure
找到
Advanced Settings 下边的 Enable SSL verification 设置为 NO，再去前台看下，已经可以跳转了。
下边
还有一个 PayPal Billing Agreement Settings 的设置，里边也有一个Enable SSL verification 项。我现在还不清楚和上边的这个有什么区别，这里默认是 YES，不改前台也是可以调整的，但是我个人担心某种情况下出问题，把这里也改成了NO， 如果有哪位大仙知道 PayPal Billing Agreement Settings 和 Advanced Settings 区别的。欢迎指教
