IIS未能加载文件或程序集“System.Data.SQLite”或它的某一个依赖项

解决方案：

1、需要在IIS里设置，启用32位应用程序我用的是iis7

 

把启用32位应用程序的false改为true
2、下载 System.Data.SQLite.dll 的64位驱动。
